I’m an experienced, creative marketing and customer service consultant. I enjoy working with small businesses and professional firms looking to grow, leveraging my background in marketing and sales, client services, and business operations.

I have a deep affection for organization and new technology, and first-hand experience in drafting policies and procedures that can transform internal and external communications and create positive customer experiences, leading to increased sales and client retention.

In my 20+ year career I have worked in marketing and sales, client services, and business operations in a variety of industries, including legal, event production, hospitality, energy, finance, environmental remediation, and the arts.

In each industry the same tenet holds true: communicate well and consistently with your customers, colleagues, and vendors, and everyone wins!

A lifelong Connecticut resident, I am a shameless cheerleader for my adopted city of Hartford and enjoy being involved in organizations that make a difference in my neighbors’ quality of life. I have served on a number of boards and am currently Chair of my neighborhood association, and on the Board of Directors of Bushnell Park (America’s first publicly funded park!).

I’ll take any excuse to get dressed up, especially if it involves a hat or wig. I love to cook and appreciate any excuse to host a dinner party. I love to read (fiction and non-fiction), catch a good movie or documentary, and cheer on my younger sister, a Special Olympics athlete in swimming and curling. I get a not-so-secret nerdy thrill from teaching myself new technology, and my cats think I am their butler.
