Meet Anna Ghanouni: Systems Coach Driving Organizational Efficiency
Systems Coach
I have been making systems and checklists since I could write. As children, my sister and I would prepare for upcoming family vacations by making checklists of what we needed to pack.
My first office job was with a small solo lawyer who hired me as a receptionist/legal assistant part time. We had a shared space, and I knew very little about how the legal process worked. He would tell me things that needed to be done for the day, how to do them, and then he would be gone to court. I created multiple systems and workflows around the legal processes as well as administrative tasks. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was creating a system not only to help me be better at my job, but to help the lawyer and the people that would come after me.
Since then, I have worked in multiple law firms handling almost every role other than being a lawyer. I have attended countless seminars, workshops and webinars on managing businesses.
I know not everyone loves a checklist or system as much as I do, but I am excited to help people realize the potential of processes and workflows and how a little bit of work on the front end can provide ongoing efficiency and clarity in their organization.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. I love to read, craft and spend time outdoors, whether that is walking around our neighborhood or going on a hike and travelling.
