As a young attorney, Kristen worked 80+ hours a week to build her law practice, but felt trapped without freedom.
After a decade of struggling, she learned to run her business effectively by writing a solid plan and focusing on key priorities.
Implementing efficient systems, Kristen doubled her business in 18 months and regained her freedom.
Upon selling her successful law practice, she began coaching lawyers worldwide on building and managing businesses while enjoying life.
Now, Kristen coaches entrepreneurs in various industries, teaching them replicable strategies that have helped her grow her business multiple times while still having time for herself.
Elise Buie, Owner Elise Buie Family Law
Elise began her legal career as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Stanwood R. Duval, Jr. of the Eastern District of Louisiana. Elise then went on to join a litigation practice at Blue Williams in New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina swept through New Orleans forcing the evacuation of Elise and her family initially to Georgia, then to Minnesota and finally landing in Seattle.
In Seattle, Elise has grown her law firm from 3 to 40. Elise co-authored Tiger Tactics CEO Edition with some of her favorite law firm owners around the country.
In addition to being CEO of EBFLG, Elise is now doing 1:1 consulting with law firm owners as their strategic partner learning how to get the needed data, read the story it tells and pull the needed levers in order to create the firm you want to support the life you envision.

After serving as CEO of Life Is Now, Inc. for the past 7 years, Steph has delved into the inner workings of numerous businesses. She has evaluated countless marketing strategies, conducted numerous leadership workshops, provided guidance on organizational matters, facilitated in team member hiring and termination, and navigated through challenging situations that often hinder business progress.
