As Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coach, I would like to extend a guiding hand to leaders who are on their journey to understanding DEI work and help them with  incorporating it into their organizations and systems. 

While bringing DEI concepts to life into an organization may seem like a daunting undertaking, together we can co-create a plan that is sustainable.  In a supportive and non-threatening environment, we can dig into a DEI statement, DEI plan, inclusive and equitable recruiting and hiring systems, inclusive workplace culture, and inclusive marketing practices to highlight a few areas. 

I have developed and delivered high impact workshops that focus on cultivating inclusive and equitable hiring systems, promoting workplace inclusion and belonging, writing DEI statements that resound genuine depth, establishing employee resource groups, and implementing actionable DEI plans. I am dedicated to walking with  leaders on their journey of understanding DEI work and how it impacts their organizations, employees, and customers as well as devoting genuine energy to transformational change and personal growth.

When Iʻm not coaching, youʻll find me running my nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve and perpetuate the Hawaiian culture through dance, music, and language. 20 years ago I was chosen to be a carrier of this tradition, and for the past 10 years, I have been keeping this legacy of the past alive so it will have a vibrant future.
