  1. I’m wanting to start a cookie delivery business this year and I haven’t gotten past the business plan yet. I agree that you should start with short-term needs and focusing on cash flow. Should I start it myself or should I outsource to a business plan writer to help me set goals?

    1. Congrats on moving forward with your business! You should absolutely work on the business plan yourself. If it helps we have a 60 min webinar on how to write a business plan in 60 minutes that comes with a fillable business plan template to get you started. (It can be found at: https://www.uplevelingyourbusiness.com/amplify-your-2020-growth).
In the meantime, your business plan is simply your ideas for how to build the business written down in plain English. Just get started and you will start identifying different things you want to do and build and then from there you can reach out to others to help you on particular parts!!
Cheers to a THRIVING, PROFITABLE BUSINESS!
