Jaclyn is passionate about systems!  She enjoys working with business owners and their teams to find a better way. Empowering individuals to create in their vision for accountability. Creating systems which guide team members to be focused, productive and successful.   Implementing systems for alignment with business owners and their team with clarity and communication of expectations. Allowing businesses to be able to service more people through their purpose. She has over 23 years of experience working within law firms from roles as a Paralegal to Firm Administrator.

As an avid learner she is frequently reading and exploring new places and things.  As a mentor to a Little within the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Connecticut and a volunteer teacher at Girls Inc., you can see she enjoys doing things with children since her adult sons are away at college.  When she is not with children she is often at a beach or hiking in the woods, often with her husband of 22 years and their 3 huskies!
